Samuel Wayne Blazer entered the world on Friday the thirteenth of February at 9:54 pm (EST) weighing 7 pounds 9 ounces and measuring 21 inches long. He is perfect in every way and we are so very happy!
I have been designing and creating quality custom jewelry since 1999. While obtaining my Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Sculpture and Metalworking from Penn State, I also received a minor in Art History. This gives my designs a tradition inherently rooted in classical motifs.
I also spent three years under the guidance of Master Goldsmith, Sharon Teaman. After working in the jewelry industry as a wax carver, stone setter, and repair technician for several years, I made the decision to form my own company, Blazer Arts, in order to explore my many inspirations. Dedicated to quality, I focus on ingenuity while bringing contemporary flair to historical concepts.
I use only the finest materials to create my jewelry. It is my goal to carry on the tradition of quality hand made jewelry while employing creative and innovative techniques to bring a modern edge to all that I fashion. In this way, I am hoping to uphold the rich history of gold/silversmithing along with providing my clients with unique, quality pieces that can be cherished for generations.
